Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. Here's how returns and exchanges work at Nayaab Fashion.

  • Unstitched fabric (suits/fabric): Return/exchange accepted within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery, as long as the fabric is unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging intact.
  • Stitched items (baby dresses, gowns): Return/exchange accepted within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery for a size issue or manufacturing defect, item unworn and with tags attached.
  • Sale/discounted items: Not eligible for exchange, unless defective.
  • How to request an exchange: Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the item.
  • Shipping cost for exchange: Customer covers the return shipping cost, except in the case of a manufacturing defect, where Nayaab Fashion covers it.
  • Refunds: Cash refunds are available, in addition to exchange or store credit, for eligible returns (subject to the terms above).
